After shampooing, comb through and separate sections of your hair, then apply the scrub with your fingertips, rubbing in a gentle, circular motion. You can also use a brush or glove designed for exfoliation. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Rinse out the scrub with cool water instead of hot, to trap in all those nourishing oils. Follow with a rich or deep conditioner to keep the hair hydrated.
